Couples Boudoir is so many things. It’s a fun way to spend time together. It’s a way to reconnect. It’s a way to remind yourselves how steamy your love is when time passes. If you’re considering booking a couples boudoir, you’ve probably pondered at least one of the following questions!
What if we tend to be more silly than sexy?
Your personalities should shine through! If you tend to be silly together, don’t worry! You’ll get plenty of photos that show you laughing together! I want you to be yourselves! A couples shoot isn’t necessarily about how sexy you are together, it’s about how vulnerable you can be together. It’s about how you two are in those moments when no one else is looking. Don’t put any expectations onto yourselves when you come in for your shoot, just have fun!
What happens if… ya know… something “pops up?”
OMG ew gross get out of my studio!! …totally kidding. It’s perfectly normal! I would hope kissing and cuddling up with your partner would arouse you! I know I’d be offended if my partner wasn’t… “feeling it.” The nitty gritty of the situation is that I won’t be drawing any attention to it and I would expect you not to as well. It’s just another aspect of your relationship.
Do we coordinate our outfits or…?
I don’t expect you to fully match each other, unless that’s what you want! Typically, the outfits are just coordinated, but a wardrobe consultation is part of your session fee! We’ll go in-depth about what you should wear during your consultation, but just know you get 3-4 outfits!
Do you photograph same sex couples or throuples?
Love is love, my friend. We support and photograph love in any form. There’s an additional charge for each additional person, but there’s no judgement here. We can photograph as many people as can be comfortably posed together!
How far is too far?
For a standard couples session, underwear must stay on. However, if you’re wanting to take your shoot to the next level, we do offer erotica. That is something that has to be discussed ahead of time and does require an additional charge, but it’s definitely an option!
